Job Description Summary.

In this role you’ll be responsible for interfacing with account teams and customers to configure and own fulfillment of account-based equipment, service and supply chain solutions to support our customer value-creation strategy.
Working closely with the sales team and our customers, this candidate will play a key role in driving beverage quality, revenue and profit for the system.
We’re looking for someone with strong customer service experience and the ability to deliver results.
What You’ll Do for Us Coordinate the process E2E for launches, portfolio (category/channel) and execution initiatives at POS, all collaborated with frontline mkt, commercial development, channel execution and all the KO system.
(JV, KA Teams & BO’s) Assign, follow up and manage the investment for the initiatives for stills portfolio at modern trade Planning, execute and evaluate promotions, marketing activities at POS to boost sales and brand awareness Stablish and ensure the strategic relationships with the KA Develop effective materials for the POS that ensure clear communication and visibility Support the KA teams for execution and visibility plans.
Manage the resources for KA teams and categories for trade mkt investment Ensure the feasibility for launching with supply chain Qualification & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Industrial Engineer, Finance, or related field required 5+ years of experience in Commercial Execution, Market Development and Channel Strategy across the KO system Deep understanding about the WOW of the joint venture (JdV/SC) Problem solving mindset with strong Analytical Skills, and a good working knowledge of digital solutions and machine learning models.
Outstanding influencing skills and cross-functional collaborative working standards.
Ability to motivate and work well with diverse, global, and cross functional teams.
