Job Overview.
Playing a crucial role in enhancing customer experience by managing telephonic communications and providing information related to Automobiles products and services.
This position requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to effectively convey information to potential buyers and existing customers.
Job Responsibilities.
Receive and handle incoming calls from customers and potential buyers.
Coordinate with customers to schedule test rides, service appointments, and showroom visits.
Effectively communicate product details to customers and assist them in making informed decisions.
Collect customer information and update the CRM system with accurate details.
Conduct follow-up calls to gather customer feedback after test rides and service appointments.
Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and service, to relay customer information and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Job Requirements.
High school diploma or any graduate.
Freshers can also apply.
Proven experience in a customer service or telecommunication role.
Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
Customer-focused with a positive and friendly demeanor.
Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of calls.
Familiarity with products and a passion for automobiles is a plus Location - Panaji, Goa.
