TECHNICAL MANAGER

Technical Manager Condesa, CDMX On site     The technical application manager will lead the technical appplication team for Mexico and Colombia area to meet the needs of market and customers exploring the best of our taste, texture and health portfolio.
In this role, you will take the lead to mentor, drive and empower a team of professional aligned with the strategy and business needs.

Your key responsibilities   •          Responsible for leading, driving, challenging and developing the technical team; •          Identify priorities, issues, strategic challenges and establish actions plan with the tecnhical team; •          Collaborate with sales, marketing, sensory & CI, pricing teams pushing for new business opp from technical perspective; •          Work with Flavorists and Food Technologists to evaluate and explore dsm-firmenich flavors, technologies and ingredients in order to deliver the best solutions to our customers; •          Indentify the technical capabilities needed to meet the current and emerging business needs; •          Be in contact with suppliers to search for innovative ingredients for benefit of product development and be responsible for audits and procedures (ISO, HACCP, Food Safety) for the technical application area.
