Your Day-to-Day Accountable and responsible for managing the Recruitment COE function in the region Own the provision of an efficient, cost-effective, and sustainable resourcing function for hiring across the region Act as a true partner and ally with Capacity planning, Wizeline Academy, and Community Leaders to fulfill open requests and future demand Determine the strategy and thought leadership to reflect the hiring needs for the region, and what resources are required to meet the future demands and opportunities across the region Provide strategic direction on the partnership with, and management of, Recruitment Vendors

Oversee policy for use of external Executive Search firms; develop and maintain relationships with key vendors in this space Accountability of the production of regular reporting and metrics for hires; analyze and present key statistics Partner with the Diversity Head in the region to ensure diversity is considered appropriately at all levels of hiring and that recruiting executes on the diversity initiatives in partnership with key senior sponsors within the business
 Partner with Community Leads and Wizeline Academy to plan and fulfill with the right level of participants for programs and boot camps as a key source of talent for the organization Oversee recruiting budget from both a fiscal and headcount perspective Are You a Fit? Must-have Skills Human Resources, Psychology, Business degree or equivalent experience preferred
 10+ years of experience in the recruiting or talent acquisition function with at least 5 years of experience in a leadership level required.
Bachelors or Masters degree Expert knowledge of recruitment market practices including knowledge of recruitment processes and delivery Strong leadership skills
 Self-motivated and entrepreneurial spirit
 Possess a global mindset and demonstrated experience operating internationally across large, highly matrixed organizations 
Strategic thinker with strong influencing skills Experience managing multiple vendor relationships with strategic recruitment marketing partners Ability to operate with a sense of urgency and prioritize work on an autonomous basis Excellent planning, organizing, and follow-through abilities.
Able to cultivate networks with recruiting teams and client groups across a variety of functions and locations within the organization Fluency in English and Spanish Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and remain focused under pressure.
Nice-to-have Skills Broad experience/knowledge of all related HR functions with significant experience involving staffing, compensation, employee relations, and laws/regulations.
A strong customer focus and the ability to effectively and quickly build relationships and establish trust, respect, competence, and confidence.
Proven success in a high volume, fast-paced and growth-oriented environment.
Advanced skills maximizing Applicant Tracking Systems, general reporting systems, and high proficiency with Google workspace Extremely high attention to detail.
Working knowledge of related HR practice Outstanding analytical and assessment skills.
