TALEND - DATA INTEGRATION LEAD

We are currently searching for a Talend - Data Integration Lead.
Responsibilities.
Lead and manage Data Operations projects, showcasing expertise in SSIS and Talend.
Troubleshoot data integration issues in on-premises technologies (Talend and SSIS), and Azure cloud environments.
Perform maintenance tasks for tools such as SSIS, Talend, etc., including changes, updates, patching, and vulnerability fixes.
Maintain and troubleshoot data pipelines to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Communicate effectively in English, fostering collaboration with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and end-users.
Provide leadership and guidance to the operations team, ensuring successful project execution.
Requirements.
Proven experience (9+ years) in a similar role, with strong expertise in Data Operations and Integration Projects.
Extensive experience in managing Data Operations projects.
Proficiency in troubleshooting data integration issues using SSIS and Talend in on-premises technologies.
Good knowledge of cloud-based ETL processes, specifically using Azure Data Factory (ADF).
Strong communication and team leadership skills.
Familiarity with Data Quality, Cataloging, and Governance principles.
Experience with Data Governance tools like Profisee or similar.
Desired.
Additional experience or certification in cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure.
Experience with other data integration tools beyond SSIS and Talend.
Knowledge of other programming languages or scripting skills.
Experience in industries closely related to data management or IT consulting.
Advanced degrees or certifications in relevant fields like Data Management or Project Management.
Experience working with diverse teams or in multicultural environments.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies for project management.
Languages Advanced Oral English.
Native Spanish.
