This Job is for Students Only Daily Task.
- Understanding the ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O) and observing how the end user are using it.
- Attending the meetings about the unit projects, such as Shopify integration, and E-invoice, WhatsApp Integration to provide new ideas and suggestions.
- Provide the support for all the departments including solving the technical issues, prepare training material and generate reports.
- Data management including creating items, updating prices and applying discounts.
- Handle the items syncing to the Shopify platform.
