STRATEGIC MARKETING COORDINATOR

What's the role? As a member of the MO Marketing Team, you will drive and execute the Strategic Marketing & Digital, Branding and Communications agenda for the MO - under the guidance of the MO Marketing Director and with the support of the HUB Marketing Team.

What does the role involve? Reporting – You will be working in conjunction with the relevant counterparts in the MO strategic marketing team and MO controlling team to utilize and leverage centralized reporting tools (Power BI dashboards/ Regional reports) to provide MO visibility on engagement, pricing, PLS and Trade Topics.
Ad-Hoc localized reporting to be performed as and when needed by MO Management if outside the scope of the centrally available reporting.
Market Insights and Data Analytics – tap into the overall Hilti Relevant Potential processes with guidance from the Hub Sensing Manager to provide MO level inputs extending to locally available macro data, competition information and customer/project level information.
Customer insights.
- share improvement insights (from Hub) and data with sales teams, handle any specific Customer Data Quality Information queries from sales teams, share tools, process and changes with market when required.
Account level Data Quality - Monthly account level review and action-plans, collaborating with the relevant departments, to address account level DQ improvement and manage daily operational account level queries.
C o-ordinate reviews with sales teams, using hub-prepared files.
Action mass updates on the system while adhering to required approvals.
Brand Pulse - Engage sales teams to complete employee surveys and drive enthusiasm for the survey with all required internal and external stakeholders Territory Planning Support - Maintenance of territories and structures in the system and maintenance of sales split rules.
Ensure data integrity for all territories and customers information.
Mass uploads in the production system during the realignment cycles.
Create an efficient process to handle requests and communicate with all departments within the MO.
E-Commerce & Digital – Manage and update Hilti Online content.
Localize and publish HUB social media content as per regional content calendar.
Liaise with HUB on regional and local campaign activity.
Single point of contact for campaign coordination, Hilti and escalations, driving digital topics and sharing MO specific insights.
Engagement Marketing - Support and testing.
Support on Internal communications and share news about EM "new flows, new enhancements, etc.
Understand and share the Leads performance marketing report with MO stake holders, shared by Hub in a monthly basis.
Share insights with ASM/AM to improve quality of leads  Business Improvement - Regression Testing 3x per Year and Release Upgrade when required.
Single Point of Contact for Pilots and Rollouts.
First Line of support for market reach Processes.
Coordination with MO key Stakeholders eg ASMs, AMs, Customer Services, Engineering etc on process improvement innovations.

What you need is.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication or related fields is essential.
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in Marketing, especially those related to campaign management, Online business-lead generation, ideally in a B2B Good interpersonal communication, problem-solving skills and pro-active initiative Enthusiastic personality with a good working attitude, is open to learning and growing together with the team Preferably hands-on experience in online marketing Experience in the B2B, E-commerce or a demonstrated understands of digital marketing, content marketing, and sales enablement.
