Fluent Business English   The role •            The Sr Specialist must proactively manage ambiguity, anticipate issues, align with program/project goals, project execution, and deliver the expected outcome within scope, budget, timeline, and quality.
•            Fluency in English, both written and oral, is essential for this position as it involves potential interactions with senior executives.
What you’ll do Planning and organizing.
Developing a comprehensive project plan, defining objectives, creating a timeline, allocating resources, and establishing clear deliverables.
Team leadership and communication.
Building and managing a project team, assigning tasks, facilitating effective communication, and fostering collaboration among team members.
Effectively communicate status and concerns at all levels in the organization--with senior leaders through to project team members and third-party service/solution providers.
Risk management.
Identifying potential risks, developing mitigation strategies, and proactively addressing issues that may impact project success.
Budget and cost control.
Monitoring project expenses, tracking budget utilization, and ensuring that the project remains within the allocated budget.
