Manager of HR Shared Services will be responsible to build relationships with the HR Consulting community to partner on efforts across HR and with other departments to ensure legal and regulatory compliance and mitigate organizational risk.

anage and Lead HR processes and programsConsult with clients to understand needs and influence appropriately to build support for deliverablesProject and Program Management; responsible for leading workstreams and executing project plans through othersProcess Improvement-continually improve current processes to yield better results for customer and make processes easier for usersBasic Qualifications.
ntermediate-Advanced English fluencyBachelor’s DegreeAt least 5 years of client facing or consulting experienceAt least 5 years of experience managing Human Resources ProcessesAt least 5 years of experience in people management Preferred Qualifications.
BA or Master’s DegreeProfessional Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) CertificationAt least 10 years of experience managing Human Resources Processes, or in HR ConsultingCapital One will only consider candidates that are Mexico citizens or permanent residents.
