The Senior injection Molding Process Technician will work with the Supervisor and the lead to ensure that all employees are fully trained and consistently follow all safety, quality, and production procedures.
The Technician will serve as a mentor and trainer for his/her team with the goal of No One Gets Hurt, Zero Defects to the Customer, 100% On Time Delivery, and Producing Parts to Established Run Rates.
This position will be responsible for Life Science's Injection Molding.
The senior process technician will also be expected to manufacture products as needed to meet delivery schedules.
They will help train new employees and provide team members with daily objectives, developing and implementing good ideas to motivate employee productivity and communicating with upper management to determine the best methods for meeting business goals.
