Business Analyst.
The Business Analyst is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting business requirements to develop solutions that meet the needs of the organization.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis, with a strong understanding of business processes, data analysis, and project management.
Responsibilities.
• Understanding the business requirements and take accountability on investigating data and do problem solving.• Work on upstream and downstream data, curate and present in a meaningful analysis.• Develop reports and dashboards for executive leadership and stakeholders.• Recommend strategic value enablement ideas and execute them within agreed timelines.• Deliver meaningful business insights from data in a proactive manner (i.
.
without prior specific request from stakeholders).• Develop and document functional and technical specifications.• Test and validate solutions to ensure they meet business requirements.• Manage project timelines and deliverables.• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to keep them informed of project progress.• Identify and mitigate risks associated with projects.• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in business analysis.
Qualifications.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, data science, information systems, or a related field.• Minimum 5 years of experience working in Strategic Operations Data Analysis.• Strong knowledge of Advance SQL, Data Quality Analysis & Management skills, Data Visualization with Google Looker & Sheets (or similar tools Such as Tableau and Power BI).• Ability to bring insights and present data using Google slides.• Manage projects independently with little guidance.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.• The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.• Preferred experience in Data science, Secondary research.
