SR. ASSOCIATE, DASHER PERFORMANCE MARKETING

The Dasher Performance Marketing team creates and executes our driver and courier acquisition strategy that keeps our markets well supplied, keeping delivery times to a minimum.
We own the functional tactics and executions that bring the Marketing strategy to life and we are responsible for delivering the best and most efficient early sign up experience.
We also partner closely with cross-functional  leads to understand the prioritization of Dasher problems and business goals, and provide strategic guidance and marketing support to achieve those goals.
About the Role We're looking for a talented and driven Senior Associate with strong operational experience in paid social channels to run a world-class acquisition program in our Dasher Growth team.
This role will offer you the opportunity to have an immediate impact by managing the performance of our main media channels in the U.

In this role you will get the opportunity to be among the first hires of our local Brazil office and will be able to work with our partners, like Facebook and TikTok, to test and implement new marketing technologies.
You will report directly to our local Manager, Dasher Performance Marketing.

based Performance Marketing team and vendors, such as Google, Facebook, TikTok and Apple.
Maintain and monitor key metrics across channels including budget pacing, cost per acquisition and LTV proxies.
Manage an experimentation roadmap to optimize performance including A/B creative tests, incrementality tests, and bidding algo tests Work closely with other teams and stakeholders to ensure goals are met We’re excited about you because… You are proficient in the English language and able to communicate clearly and concisely.
You have a proven track record in the performance marketing space, with 5+ years of experience.
Direct, hands-on experience managing media buying, optimization (Paid Social, Paid Search, App Search), and strategic planning either at an agency or in-house You are highly proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and have deep familiarity with metrics such as CPA, CPC, CVR, and LTV.
Strong quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skills; must be very comfortable with data analysis and able to use data to make decisions and conduct experiments.
