SPECIALIST, SOLUTIONS DEVELOPER

The London Stock Exchange Group México is looking for a Solutions Consultant to work in the LataM Professional Services Team Main Responsibilities.
Develop customer-specific applications using disciplined software development processes, adhering to company standards and following best practices guidelines.
Understand and architect the technical solution from design through to code level.
Collaborate with customer’s end users and IT teams to develop and deploy the best solution.
Collaborate closely with other functions during each phase of the development cycle to ensure robust and smooth Application delivery.
Able to review & analyze code of Live applications and undertake improvement/bug-fixing as needed.
Pushing the agenda of continuous improvement in the workflow of the development area Independently and/or via managing a team of developers deliver high quality code using Agile Scrum development practices.
Promote, follow or evolve the best practices of Agile Scrum development process and implementation.
Lead multiple development projects simultaneously from design through to production.
STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT Working closely with Project Managers & Consultants to produce accurate delivery estimates and handle the transition from analysis through to craft, development and delivery.
Ensure awareness, involvement and support from the key collaborators and participants by building strong project teams and maintaining robust communication on the project status throughout its life cycle.
KNOWLEDGE BUILDING Be proactive in the search for learning new technologies, products and development APIs that impact the delivery of development projects.
Conduct knowledge exchange sessions with colleagues about the experience acquired in the solution projects as well as identify areas of opportunity and implement improvements related to the development and implementation of solutions.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or related field Proficient English EXPERIENCE 5+ years of development experience including Agile based development.
PROGRAMMING & RELATED CAPABILITIES Programming/Scripting languages – Python, Java, C #, C ++,.
ET, VBA, SQL, Batch Script, JavaScript API - REST, RESTful, SOAP Object oriented programming (OOP) and open-source frameworks to build MVC web applications and.
ET services.
Web Application Framework - AngularJS, Angular, ReactJS, HTML Application design, development, delivery and support on Microsoft Windows platform - Windows, IIS, SQL Server, ASP.
et Core Management of design patterns and software architecture patterns -Singleton, MVC Model View Controller, Façade Software Development/Code management tools and Design tools – GIT, SCode, Visual Studio, UML Universal Model Language, Junit.
SDLC Software Development Life Cycle, Software engineering methodologies - Agile, DevOps Apply development tooling to supervise and automate software delivery through the SDLC.
