SOURCING ANALYST (MRO)

Seeking for a Sourcing Analyst who will manage the sourcing process by identifying proper sources, supply chain, and sourcing strategies by obtaining quotes and negotiating contractual pricing for current and new clients to accomplish savings commitments.
Profile.
· Good communication skills, fluent in English · MRO Industry Experience (1-2 years) · Knowledge of MRO suppliers, categories, and parts · Sourcing/Purchasing Experience · RFQ/RFP processes, strategic sourcing, vendor negotiations, supplier relationships · Analytical & Computer Literacy Skills · Cost Comparison Analysis, Least Cost Analysis, Index Match, Vlookup, Pivot Tables, Microsoft Office Suite, ERP Systems (Oracle) Main Responsibilities.
Actively running reports to source repetitive stock materials as part of routine client-sourcing projects Manage projects independently based on spend analysis for current clients assigned or with established process analysis by the Sourcing Manager to deliver value-related services to Current/New Clients Frequent contact with Purchasing, Client Procurement Manager, and Client Success personnel electronically, over the phone, via email, and from time to time, in person to review information.
Issue requests for quotes/proposals and select the best source consistent with cost, quality, and delivery requirements aligned with the base management strategies Respond to requests concerning obsolescence, OEM commercialization, and substitutes as addressed by interested parties on time as required.
Act as a liaison between suppliers and involved departments to resolve procurement/purchasing-related issues.
Communicate with the Client Success team relative to savings progress and opportunities.
Support sourcing initiatives as assigned for new client's implementations, work with the Client Procurement Manager to define the best supply chain for assigned clients Support all new implementations Perform daily/weekly/monthly spend data analysis as defined and assigned by the Sourcing Manager Identify areas of savings opportunities by analyzing clients' spend
