The Catalyst Team is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to join our full-time team as full-time employee.
ualifications:·       Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
·       5 plus years of IT experience, Minimum of 3 years of experience in ServiceNow development and automation.·         Strong proficiency in ServiceNow platform components such as Service Catalog, Workflow, Scripting, Integration Hub, etc.·       Hands-on experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript, PowerShell, Python, etc.
Experience in developing custom applications and modules within the ServiceNow platform.·       Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.·       Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.·       Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.·       Self-motivated and proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.·       ServiceNow certifications such as Certified Application Developer (CAD), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), etc., are a plus.
Responsibilities:·       Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
·       Design, develop, and deploy automation workflows, scripts, and custom applications using ServiceNow technologies such as Flow Designer, Orchestration, Scripted APIs, etc.·       Configure and customize ServiceNow modules to automate various IT and business processes including incident management, change management, asset management, etc.·       Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools and systems to facilitate seamless data exchange and process automation.·       Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization through automation and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency.·       Conduct thorough testing of automation solutions to ensure reliability, scalability, and performance.·       Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior developers and support teams.#ConcentrixCatalystLocation.
