In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow APM(Application Portfolio Management) and its best practices Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Consulting.
Having good experience as a Business analyst.
Experience in Data cleansing, Data mapping and Application Architecture.
Experience in integration with 3 rd Party tools using Web Services, SOAP, DB Connector, Plug-ins etc., Experience in frameworks such as Core Data, Core Animation, etc.
Experience in building scalable solutions.
Experience in IT Service Management (ITIL); ServiceNow Platform/Scripting/APIs/Service Portal/Applications Familiar with SDLC and Agile methodologies Prior experience working with business team using structured methodologies for gathering business requirements, business processes, etc., Prior experience working with various partner teams on defining framework and standards.
