11 Market Scan, now a part of S&P Global, is a leading provider of technology and analytical solutions for the automotive industry and our software products are in very high demand with auto dealers, manufacturers, lenders and API partners.
We are in search of a Sr Software Engineer who will work with an awesome team of developers.
The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, multi-tasker, and demonstrated team-player.
You will be a lead developer responsible for the development of new software products and enhancements to Market Scan's existing products.
You should excel in working with large-scale applications and frameworks and have outstanding communication and leadership skills.

What we are looking for 8+ years of experience as a software engineer 6+ years of experience in C#.
ET including Web services.
4+ years professional experience with SQL Server (stored procedures, design patterns, covering indexes) Fluent English Conversational and written skills.
Advanced knowledge in OOP (static constructors, heap, reflection, memory management) Expert level in TPL dataflow design (tasks, threads, semaphores, locks) Familiarity with APIs, deep knowledge of HTTP request/response handling in.
ET Exceptional multitasking skills in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment Experience with performance and optimization problems and a demonstrated ability to both diagnose and prevent these problems Comfort working in a highly agile, fast pace, intensely iterative software development process Effective communication skills.
Regularly achieve consensus with peers, and clear status updates An inclination towards communication, inclusion, and visibility.
Experience owning a task or project from concept to production, including proposal, discussion, and execution Self-motivated and self-managing, with excellent organizational skills Demonstrated ability to work closely with the team and other parts of the organization Share our values, and work in accordance with those values Positive and solution-oriented mindset Ability to provide on-call or after hour support as needed (limited) on a rotation basis NOTE *Remote or Hybrid options available.
