SENIOR UX DESIGNER

Description & Requirements Senior UX Designer The UX Designer, Sr conducts user research, to interpret results, creates UX designs that meet customer requirements, and collaborates with other areas to implement the designs, as well as providing mentorship to other members of the team.
What you will be doing.
Ensures that the UI development meets technical, customer, and market requirements.
Collaborates with other areas of the function, such as Product Developers, Product Management, and Product Marketing to oversee the user experience of a product/feature from concept to launch.
Conducts UX research (user or market), providing documentation and analysis of the results.
Enhances existing features and design for scalability.
Creates UX artifacts such as concept maps, prototypes, workflows, and design specifications.
Reviews design and provides feedback to the rest of the team.
Efficiently communicates design intent to larger teams.
Assists in testing and provides feedback on UX features.

Design and research experience required.
The ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to diverse audiences and multiple levels within an organization.
What could set you apart.
5+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge.
2+ years of specialized/industry experience.
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
