SENIOR QA ENGINEER

Sr.
QA Engineers are experienced professionals that develop software programs in order to test code and applications and have a passion for quality processes.
They have in-depth knowledge and subject matter expertise in managing functional testing, automating client application and qualification of the client-side applications.
Sr.
QA Engineers interact with internal and external teams to train them on the products, work on projects independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams to debug and reproduce issues.
In this role, you will mentor and guide others in the performance of all testing activities as well as encourage others to grow their skillset.
Sr.
QA Engineers are creative problem solvers and are involved in continuously driving improvements in test automation frameworks as well as assessing and reporting on the software development processes adopted by projects through audits, reviews and inspections.
About the Role • Apply your experience of test automation and software engineering best practices to build automated systems for functional and regression testing.
• Investigate, design, configure / integrate and test process control solutions to a variety of technical problems • Understand and build automated tests that fit into the bigger picture of software delivery for building CI/CD pipelines, optimizing the execution of tests, and ensuring that the tests are regularly providing fast and reliable feedback • Have a deep understanding of modern DevOps development tools and practices involved with CI/CD, Continuous Testing/Security and Continuous Monitoring/Observability.
• Engage with your quality assurance function team focusing on a strategy to improve performance and system stability across a multitude of 3rd party SaaS and PaaS technologies • Test automation engineering experience with Selenium and Postman • Experience testing Web Applications in cross-browser and cross-device using automated test tools • Experience with developing both front-end and back-end automation tests • Knowledge in agile methodologies • Proficient with various testing phases, Functional Testing, Regression Testing and UAT • Good Knowledge in ADO • Solves complex problems with minimal guidance.
About You You Are a Good Fit if You have.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or Business-related degree preferred or equivalent experience • Have 6 to 10 years’ experience and a great understanding of both coding and software design principles • Experience working in the public clouds (AWS, Azure, GCP) along with at least one or more programming languages (Java, Python, node.
s, etc) • Have an understanding of developing automated test scripts using test automation tools & frameworks such as QTP/UFT, Selenium, Worksoft • Knowledge of 3rd party technologies such as SAP, AEM, Salesforce, or Boomi • Engages with cross functional teams to execute • Trains and mentors more junior colleagues • Influences and articulates compelling QA solutions for customers and product(s) • Explains difficult concepts and influences others to adopt a point of view for ideas and initiatives What's in it For You?
