In this role, you will oversee and lead the execution of system projects to our customers in Aluminum, Hydrogen, Electrowinning, Power Quality solutions, Electrical Arc Furnaces.

\n\nReporting to the Head of Project Management High Power Rectifiers (HPR, with current up to 120kA and voltage up to V), you will maintain and enhance customer satisfaction by ensuring that customer requirements and all targets are met, providing excellent service at every stage of the project.

Your responsibilities Leading the execution of medium-sized projects (approx.
USD 2 to 40 million) on all five continents from signing of contract through to successful completion of on-site work, including coordination with different stakeholders Monitoring projects to ensure best practices in cost control, resource efficiency and Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Analyzing and addressing project risks, and regularly disseminating lessons learned Working with other functions to coordinate contract negotiations and claims with customers Achieving project deliverables and compliance with contract requirements.
Building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders Willingness to travel on project assignments around the globe (approx.
5 -10% of overall working hours) Your background Min 5 years of experience in leading mid-size industrial projects, ideally with regard to electrification, automation, drives, and/or power electronics Demonstrated experience in management of project scope, cost, schedules and vendors/subcontractors/factories A Bachelor\us or Master\us degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, additional degree in economic disciplines is an advantage A collaborative, solution-focused approach, and strong written and spoken communication skills, a customer-focused mindset and a pro-active professional \u201Ccan-do\u201D attitude Fluency in English & German (min.
