WeWork Reforma Latino (97001), Mexico, Ciudad de Mexico, Ciudad de Mexico Senior Manager, Site Operations Lead The Mexico City Site Operations Lead will report to the Chief of Staff, and will have primary responsibility for coordinating use of the office space.  Capital One operates as a hybrid working environment, with associates expected to be on site 2-3 days per week between Tuesday - Thursday.  Arrangements to make that hybrid working environment successful, including the facilitation of Mexico City-based events, combined with the arrangements for leadership and team visits from US-based associates, will require that a detailed calendar be managed for the site.  Functions that will report to the Site Operations Lead to assist with those responsibilities include Facilities, IT Support for the location (involving coordination with the landlord and with Capital One corporate IT), and "Power Up" (which is support available directly to associates regarding their computers and company devices). Responsibilities Include: Directly support the Mexico leadership team in for site operations related activities Influence, develop, and own a principled approach to highlighting and monitoring key deliverables across the organization Be a force-multiplier driving the effectiveness of Mexico City operations Collaboratively develop, implement, and iterate management practices to enable transparency, efficiency and effectiveness of the organization Advise leadership utilizing institutional knowledge, network of relationships in and out of the organization, and dedication to helping amplify impact Partner with Admin team to evaluate and manage meeting schedules and time commitments Maintain meaningful engagement with a wide range of associates and broader professionals motivated by and dedicated to a shared vision of a better future As needed, offer other ad-hoc consulting or operational support to major projects or organizational needs/opportunities   Basic Qualifications: Intermediate-Advanced English fluency Bachelor's Degree At least 4 years of client facing or consulting experience At least 3 years of experience in Change Management or Continual Improvement Preferred Qualifications: 5+ years of experience offering advising or consulting services to executive level clients 2+ years of experience working in a corporate function (Risk, Finance, Audit or Legal) 2+ years of experience with diversity, inclusion and belonging initiatives 2+ years of experience with political, media, or regulatory stakeholders 2+ years of experience involving organizational design, staffing or budgets Capital One will only consider candidates that are Mexico citizens or permanent residents.
