  What we’re looking for     We are seeking a highly experienced Senior HR Advisor to join our dynamic team, with a specific focus on supporting HR functions in both the Netherlands and Belgium.
The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of the local employment landscape, labor laws, and cultural nuances in both countries.

The role     Provide advice and support for the Netherlands and Belgium to line managers and colleagues on cases escalated via our shared service center.
Work collaboratively with Operations Managers and HR Business Partners to address people-related challenges.
Review and optimize existing local HR processes to align with organizational goals Ensure all HR services comply with global policies and local employment legislation.
Build strong relationships with HR Business Partners, understanding business priorities and specific details of people and workforce plans.

What you bring     A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field In-depth understanding of labor laws and HR practices in the Netherlands and Belgium.
Capable of aligning HR strategies with business goals Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
Proven ability to address complex HR issues and provide effective solutions.
