SENIOR CONSULTANT - ERP QUOTE TO CASH (GTS/TMS) JOB DETAILS | DANFOSS

The Application Support ERP GTS/TMS (Global Trade System/Transport management support) Senior Consultant is responsible for supporting our existing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
Mainly supporting day-to-day operations in multiple SAP systems to ensure systems stability and service continuity.
Job Responsibilities Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
Support Incidents by providing qualified solutions within targeted SLA​ mainly on GTS solution and additionally on non-SAP TMS solution to some extent.
Support Problems by taking tasks and good coordination with team members within targeted SLA​ Communicate with end users to understand actual needs and propose solutions​ Sharing knowledge with other team members ​ SAP customization in cooperation with our Build team​ Provide UAT for the OneERP Program and Post go-live Support of existing platforms and modules​ Specify and document changes and updates to existing developments with minor supervision​ Minor degree of project management may occur​ Guide and mentor other consultants when necessary​.
