The Senior Analyst – Transformation and Strategy – IT VMO will ensure that the overall processes, policies, or governance for IT Vendor Management are clearly defined, developed, and then met.
This role will be focused on analysis of supplier.
spend, metrics, governance, contract alignment, Metrics/KPIs, and management.
These activities are by nature, highly complex and characterized by multi-faceted change and pace and have significant business acceleration benefits and impacts.

Take paid time off when you need to and come back refreshed so we can continue to save and sustain lives! What you'll be doing Serve as a key resource to collect and analyze IT spend data by capability and report to senior leadership.
Responsibilities can include some or all of the following.
Pull annual or ADHOC IT spend reports from Baxter’s spend reporting tool.
Collaborate with the team to drive the IT Supplier Rationalization activities to reduce the overall IT Supplier footprint at Baxter.
Provide savings opportunities from the analysis of IT spend data.
Effectively developing and completing activities through the coordination and communication between IT (Information Technology) IT Suppliers and business groups.
Identify risks and develop strategic solutions for critical issues uncovered during IT Supplier contract reviews using Baxter contract management tools.
Collaborate with the IT VMO team, IT Senior Leadership and other Business collaborators for process, policies, KPIs, Metrics and Governance of IT Suppliers Lead and develop Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) with Strategic and Preferred IT Suppliers with Senior IT Leadership on a regular basis to provide enhanced/next generation services to the business.
Act as the liaison to the business and IT functions for escalation with IT suppliers to ensure contractual obligations are being met.
Demonstrate knowledge of IT Vendor Management principles and methodologies, including exceptional organizational and time management skills, as well as budgeting, business financial and P&L (Profit and Loss Statement) skills.
What you'll bring Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience required, including 5+ years in a technical environment.
Multiple certifications preferred.
Familiarity with Agile is a plus.
Hands-on experience leading suppliers, budgets, and financial analysis.
Technical background with knowledge of software and web technologies.
Working knowledge of ServiceNow Project Management Platform (SPM) or equivalent technology Skills In-depth knowledge of Scrum and Agile Methodologies Proficiency in the use of analytic tools Ability to prioritize effectively Excellent oral and written communication Ability to work with large matrix teams Change management/project management experience Collaboration skills Ability to work in ambiguous situations Communication and presentation skills Adaptaciones razonables Baxter está comprometida para trabajar y proveer ajustes razonables para personas con discapacidades, a nivel global.
