Strategic Client Engagement and Sales Focus:- Lead impactful client engagements, driving sales initiatives and cultivating partnerships.- Develop and implement strategies to meet revenue goals by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.- Successfully close new pilot agreements each month to drive substantial revenue growth.

Sales Tools Optimization:- Select and maintain CRM and other sales tools to streamline workflows and enhance the client experience.

Comprehensive Sales Cycle Oversight:- Oversee the entire sales cycle from proactive prospecting to strategic deal closure, ensuring a seamless process.

Team Leadership and Collaboration:- Establish systems for real-time visibility of team performance and drive process improvement.- Set understandable goals and compensate the sales team accordingly.

Sales Forecasting and Pipeline Management:- Maintain precise sales forecasting, reporting, and pipeline management for strategic decision-making.

our Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.- Proven experience in sales operations management of at least 5 years, preferably in the education sector.- Strong leadership and communication skills.- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
