SALES & MARKETING EXECUTIVE - AGRO FARMING

We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Representative to join our team for a leading manufacturer of high-quality Cattle Feed, Specialty Feed, Poultry, and Animal Food.
The Sales and Marketing Representative will play a pivotal role in promoting and selling a range of products to retailers and traders in Goa.
With a focus on building strong relationships, driving sales growth, and expanding market reach, the candidate will be responsible for meeting sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share in Goa.
Identify and engage with potential retailers, distributors, and traders to expand the company's customer base.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of the products.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market feedback to management.
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns, events, and activities to enhance brand visibility and awareness.
Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth.
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Represent the products at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to network and generate leads.
Job Requirements.
Any Degree, Freshers can also apply Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address customer needs and challenges.
Self-motivated and results-oriented with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Knowledge of the local market in Goa and an understanding of the agricultural and livestock industry would be advantageous.
A passion for agriculture, animal welfare, and sustainable farming practices.
