As a RGM Coordinator you must be self-motivated, proactive and able to work on your own initiative.
Your responsibilities will be.
Executes RGM deployment and embedment in the local organization Conducts RGM analyses with the marketing and brand team, commercial, BD, Finance, CMI Combines internal & external, financial and not financial data Maintains average consumer prices and Pack price architecture (Category, Product, Channel & Customer mix management; Promotional schemes and ROI per brand, account, pack type; Retail selling story and trading terms management) Drives the implementation of the current RGM initiatives to realize incremental turnover and Gross Profit Develops strong understanding of retailers' dynamics, value drivers and consumer Builds upscale team on RGM priorities to grow business and understand overall RGM methodology Reinforces RGM insights and initiatives to the organization, counterparts and senior management Contribute to RGM capabilities building (e.
