As the Regional VP of Social for LATAM, you lead the Social Capability across the region, directing Social business and product.
With varied reporting from regional Hubs and leaders, you will implement and plan best practices in Social Media and digital content across various accounts.
This role involves deep engagement in projects from inception to completion, encompassing hands-on project management, social media consultancy, strategic recommendations, and continuous strategy monitoring and optimization.
Your leadership is crucial for client Social scopes satisfaction, and you report directly to the Global EVP of the Capability, underlining the strategic importance of your role in the organization.
Key Responsibilities.
- Leadership and Regional Partnership Act as the manager of the Social Capability team in the region, leading by example and ensuring team cohesion and effectiveness.
Serve as a partner for leaders in the region, aligning with regional hubs and leaders to support the overall business objectives.
Report directly to the Global EVP of the Capability, highlighting the strategic role and contribution to the organization's broader goals.
- Strategic Leadership and Business Development.
Provide clear creative and strategic input for social projects across designated clients.
Demonstrate keen business acumen by identifying opportunities and delivering valuable strategic insights.
Approach every pitch and new business venture with confidence, identifying and developing the right solutions for both familiar and unfamiliar industries.
- Client Relationship Management and Support.
Foster and maintain relationships with senior clients, ensuring strong client relationships at all levels within the teams in the region.
Gather and relay client feedback to our Client leads and key stakeholders.
Lead client Social scopes satisfaction, acting as a primary point of contact and support for crisis and client management.
- Project and Product Oversight.
Engage deeply in projects from inception to completion, encompassing hands-on project management and social media consultancy.
Ensure continuous strategy monitoring and optimization for the social media and digital content offerings.
Uphold product quality across the region, ensuring alignment with global standards and expectations.
- Operational Excellence and Team Management.
Collaborate closely with different leads on the capability to ensure the best delivery across pitches, projects, and retainer clients for Social in the region.
Maintain meticulous organization, ensuring no detail escapes your attention.
Lead the Social Capability across LATAM, directing Social business and product, implementing and planning best practices in Social Media and digital content.
Background & Skills.
9-11 years of experience in Social Media, Digital Advertising, or Production.
Deep understanding of marketing principles, particularly in social media and digital marketing spanning strategy, content creation, and paid media.
Ability to comprehend clients’ business challenges and devise tailored strategies to address their needs.
Proven track record of managing and expanding multi-million dollar accounts.
Proficiency in building enduring relationships with senior clients, positioning yourself as their trusted marketing partner.
Strong aptitude for identifying new growth opportunities within existing client relationships and crafting expansion strategies.
Comfortable working across different time zones globally.
Proficient in data analysis, media tactics, and analytics.
Strong leadership skills that inspire collaboration and cooperation.
Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish, ensuring clear and compelling client interactions.

Self-awareness of your strengths and a willingness to acknowledge and address weaknesses.
