Coordinate with managers to carry out the recruitment process from start to finish.
Collaborates in creating recruitment plans, creates and carries out strategies to fill positions.
Interview and evaluate candidates on job-related factors such as experience, educations, training, knowledge, skills and other data pertinent to the classification and selection.
Source active and passive candidates from various resources, including, direct sourcing, employee referrals, traditional media, job fairs, and internet job boards.
Manage data associated with the recruitment process to ensure that all relevant employee data, process, and final hiring decision are made in an appropriate manner.
Initiate and maintain a portfolio of business contacts to help identify qualified candidates to recruit.
Perform other duties or tasks as assigned as requires by the HR department or company needs.
PROFILE.
Bachelor’s degree.
Mass IDL recruitment experience preferable.
85% English.
3 to 5 years of experience as Recruiter.
Excellent interpersonal, service-oriented, communication, interpersonal, negotiating, account management and consulting skills.
Ability to communicate at different levels in the organization.
Knowledge in HR and/or recruitment systems.
