The Role.
Recruiter Wizeline is looking for a world class Technical Recruiter to help grow its Team in Mexico.
We want candidates with experience hiring in several IT specialties.
The main goal of the Technical Recruiter will be to attract the best talent from all over the world to come join our team.
Your Day-to-Day Here's what you'll be doing in your day-to-day work.
Manage the end-to-end talent selection process in Mexico.
From Sourcing, Phone Screening, Scheduling interviews, and Onsite preparing and presenting offers and closing requisitions, partnering with IT and People.
Build multi-channel sourcing of passive and active candidates, including agency orchestration if needed.
Create a baseline pipeline and digital bench for IT Engineering profiles Collaborate with Capacity-Workforce planning to understand talent business needs and source profiles accordingly.
Communicating continuously and efficiently with organizational stakeholders; providing regular updates regarding hiring progress, challenges, and blockers.

Must-have Skills You have a related university diploma, and 4+ years of technical recruiting experience.
