In our global R&D Power Electronics competence center in Turgi, Switzerland, we are looking for a highly motivated and energetic professional to head one of our software development teams for Medium Voltage Drives in Turgi, Switzerland.
Leading a group of experts, you will oversee the full range of activities associated with software development for medium voltage converters.
In this challenging role, your focus will be on ensuring operational efficiency and maintaining a culture of excellence.

This position reports to R&D Department Lead Your responsibilities Manage, guide, and supervise a team of software engineers and control theory experts who are responsible for medium voltage drives Coordinate activities related to the software development life cycle.
