Responsibilities.
Manage the project successfully within the given budget, timeline and agreed to quality standards  Direct and regular reporting to the client, held regular meetings and ensure the needs of the customer are well understood and reflected in the project Lead and manage the group of experts involved in the project, including the execution of the project milestones, monitor performance and manage the potential challenges within the team Organize and manage the relationship with the stakeholders and partners involved in the project Consolidate the team of experts and ensure the team follows the timeline of the project and steps into the project if required Mentor, coach and guide the experts to ensure the ongoing development of the team working on the project Qualifications.
Master's degree in engineering or transportation management At least 12 years of professional experience as project director of supervision or equivalent  (this is a must criteria) At least 3 completed projects in the railway industry in the role of Project Manager or Project Director (double track) Resilient, flexible, independent and well-structured and service-oriented working approach Business maturity and strong leadership skills to coach and advise the team as well as execute to ensure the project delivery.
Strong communication skills with a clear goal and delivery setting Authentic appearance and keen comprehension of complex situations Ability to understand the client's needs and translate them into actions and solutions Previous experience working with partners and in consortiums and managing the stakeholders Fluent Spanish speaking required; English speaking required; German language knowledge will be an advantage Benefits:​ International career opportunities​.
