Proven experience in quality assurance and technical writing within a software development context.
Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement quality assurance strategies that align with rapid development cycles, maintaining high standards of quality.
Perform targeted testing and prioritize testing activities based on project timelines and criticality, ensuring the most impactful issues are addressed promptly.
Work closely with development teams to facilitate quick resolutions and iterations, minimizing downtime and promoting continuous improvement.
Produce concise, impactful documentation tailored to the needs of both endusers and internal stakeholders, adjusting content as projects evolve.
Employ agile documentation strategies, creating minimum viable content that can be expanded and refined over time, aligning with product evolution.
Serve as a key liaison between technical teams and nontechnical stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into clear, understandable language.
Collaborate closely with all project stakeholders to gather requirements, provide
updates, and solicit feedback, ensuring documentation and quality assurance practices
meet their needs.
Anticipate challenges and adapt strategies to ensure continuous progress, maintaining a
balance between quality, speed, and stakeholder expectations.
Employ a proactive approach to change, ready to adjust plans and priorities in response
to stakeholder feedback and evolving project needs.
