PURCHASE TO PAY (PTP) ACCOUNTANT

What's the role? We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Purchase to Pay (PtP) Accountant whose primary responsibility is to perform compliant Purchase to Pay processes, using consistent and correct financial bookings in the area of Invoice, Travel & Expense and Vendor Account Management in line with Global SLAs.

What does the role involve? Your role as a Purchase to Pay (PtP) Accountant will involve daily invoice processing activities, reviewing & maintaining vendor related balance sheet accounts and preparing accurate accruals for vendor invoices & expenses.
In addition, preparing and reviewing weekly payment runs to ensure that supplier payments are made on a timely manner and according to the agreed payment terms.
You will be part of a team who operate and continuously improve processes by adopting the best-suited technologies.

What you need is.
Strong teamwork and communication skills Relevant business or finance functional experience (either in CS or Finance) Strong attention to detail A willingness and ability towards continuous learning Demonstrate a keen desire to use system-based tools to gain efficiency.
