PROJECT MANAGER MARKETING DIGITAL ANALYTICS

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Qualifications
Proven working experience as a technical project manager, preferably within the digital
marketing, analytics or technology sectors. Experience with managing projects that involve datadriven decisionmaking, dashboarding, and analytics tools is highly desirable
Solid technical background, with handson experience in SQL and Python.
Certifications in Project Management e.g., PMP, PRINCE2 and Agile methodologies
e.g., Certified ScrumMaster CSM, SAFe Agilist are highly regarded.
Understanding of digital marketing principles, data analytics, and the role of technology
in driving marketing efficiency and effectiveness.

Responsibilities
Implement dynamic project management strategies to navigate changing landscapes, ensuring agility and responsiveness.
Blend Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies to tailor project management approaches to specific project needs.
Guide projects from conception to completion, balancing structured planning with the adaptability to evolve strategies as necessary.
Conduct continuous risk assessment and mitigation to navigate project uncertainties and seize opportunities.
Lead and support project teams, ensuring tasks are efficiently allocated, deadlines are met, and progress is monitored.
Actively identify and address challenges, providing technical guidance and support to team members.
Cultivate an environment of open communication and knowledge sharing, enhancing team collaboration.
Understand and translate data needs into technical requirements, in collaboration with data engineers and analysts to ensure data integrity for marketing campaigns.
Bridge communication between project teams and stakeholders, aligning project outcomes with business objectives.
Prepare and present regular executivelevel briefings on project statuses, key insights, strategic recommendations, and progress towards business objectives.
