London   What we’re looking for   The Project Manager will be responsible for creating the project governance approach, including tools and templates for OneOcean.
Once established, they will be responsible for monitoring progress and reporting on a monthly basis.
This role will be at the PMO level, controlling delivery of 5 to 10 enterprise programmes – all cross functional in nature and offering material contribution to our 3-year financial plan.
The Project Manager will need to work closely with the sponsors and leads of each programme to ensure all elements of the programme remain on track.

Monitor interdependencies and support the Enterprise sponsor in resolving cross workstream/programme issues Facilitate overall Programme Change Management (owned on behalf of Enterprise Sponsor).
Maintain and update the Programme RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) working with Workstream Project Managers.
Maintain and update Actions & Decision Log.
Ensure the established Enterprise Programme cadence discipline is maintained to ensure pace of planning and delivery.
Produce consolidated programme status reporting for Enterprise Sponsor.
Support Enterprise Sponsor for Board reporting.
Maintain PMO Teams site, access rights, templates, toolkit and reference data.
Lead discrete projects as required, with complete accountability.
RECRUITMENT AND SKILL REQUIREMENT Must haves A track record of project delivery, spanning minimum 3-years.
Strong analytical and data storytelling skills.
Exemplary communications and stakeholder management skills with evidence of the ability to influence stakeholders with well-planned, concise narratives.
Great business fundamentals with an understanding of key business mechanics, e.
., revenue generation, budgeting and cost control.
Consulting Experience with a core understanding of the approach e.
., baseline/problem understanding, planning and execution.
Computer literate, with great skills in MS O365 (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Outlook, MS Teams).
Understanding of change management.
The ability to learn new industries quickly, with evidence.
Evidence of cross functional working and influencing without authority.
Strong reporting skills, able to use data and visuals to engage and enlighten the audience.
High standards and attention to detail.
Project management training across the lifecycle, ideally with certification.
Evidence of proactivity and ownership.
