Overall experience of years with experience in managing complex and highly technical development projects.
At least 5 years of strong Program management and cross-group collaboration skills.
Good exposure to Manufacturing Domain, Process industries, Continuous Improvement, Industry 4.
, Data Analytics, hands-on experience in business/corporate strategy, process improvements, Turnarounds, investment evaluations, and business negotiations.
Agile problem solver with strong numerical and communication skills coupled with strategic thinking.
Responsibilities.
Strong delivery management skills and the ability to manage and leading technology-driven projects from a Functional Architect/Product Owner perspective and working with technical teams/business stakeholders, Data Science, MES, ERP experience and AWS Cloud digital transformation and digitization of industrial apps into cloud-based solutions.
Strong Influencer and self-starter, strong analytical and Program management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and demonstrate value proposition, with excellent customer management skills.
Strong business acumen and ability to pick up business knowledge in short timelines.
Solid presentation skills, oral and written communication, and translation skills in SPANISH and ENGLIGH.
Ability to understand and work as a leader of virtual team.
Must have worked with team spread across different locations in Mexico and other LATAM regions, including near shore.
Proven track record on delivering large scale Programs.
Proven ability to build strong and trusted relationships with mid-senior leadership in past Strong change management skills Managing cross-functional relationships with clients to facilitate solutions implementation/delivery, deployment support across multiple regions and meet project deadlines/objectives.
Training client staff on new business processes before solution deployment.
In-person and remote modalities.
MES and ERP implementations at large manufacturing clients.
Contributing to research projects focused on technological and industry trends, including white papers, case studies and other material for Thought Leadership and Practice Development.
Plan, organize and monitor the project in order to deliver high quality business solutions.
Track and monitor the progress during each phase and report issues/risks on time.
Establish Project Reviews and Communication Governance Manage customer expectations, handle escalations and stakeholder communications.
Manage staffing requirements, allocations across projects.
Understand Client Vision and IT Roadmap and support Account specific plan to align connected products based offerings with Customer requirements Facilitate presentation of Cognizant POVs / Solutions to customers on need basis Identify areas of value-add in current projects, support opportunity pursuits, submit Proposals and prepare SOW/Work Orders, prepared executive presentations and performed analysis of business proposals, Project Status, be provide status for quarterly business reviews for both client and executive leadership.
Manage stakeholder communication, monitor program activities, create program plan, risk management, program risks, mitigate risks, communicate with project managers and publish reports.

Experience in any one IoT Platforms such as AWS, Azure, Kepware, PLC, Sensors, data acquisition platforms.
SAP ECC platform Good to have Cloud Technologies experience.
