Job Summary Production Manager leads operation resources and ensure all products are manufactured in a safe work environment meet quality requirements, delivered on-time, within scope and budget.
Works cross-functionally with EHS, Supply Chain, Quality and Human Resources to increase engagement and accountability of resources.
Works proactively with engineering on issues related to capacity planning, automation, equipment purchases and standardization of operations to ensure the business is situated for continual growth.
Manages facilities and maintenance of the site.
Creates and constantly transforms the manufacturing environment so it drives to industry best-in-class standards.

Manage activities to ensure ongoing quality of product and service, as well as the facilities.
Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business or Engineering is required.
Master's Degree in engineering is preferred.
8+ years of experience in a Manufacturing, Management required, Aerospace Preferred.
8+ years management in a manufacturing environment Lean Manufacturing, WCM, 6Sigma and 5S methodology and application 4+ years' experience managing and developing direct reports.

Self-motivated with a sense of urgency to meet commitments & deadlines with limited direct supervision.
