Produce high-quality visual designs for.
digital campaigns, microsites, landing pages, social media, presentations, video, animation, and more.

Experience you already have.
A solid online portfolio of digital and print work  4-6 years experience working at an agency or in-house creative services team  Solid competency with digital design tools.
Adobe Creative Suite, and Sketch – Figma experience is required; being the primary UI tool of choice for this account.
Familiarity working within online collaborative tools – Google Workspace is ideal (e.
.
Gmail, Slides, Sheets and Docs) Experience with both B2B and B2C marketing is a plus Illustration and storyboarding skills are a must Solid understanding in video and motion design Comprehensive understanding of typography and design layout Good understanding of UX/UI principles and their applications across the web, apps, email, and beyond Experienced in the production process with redlines and pre-pro flight ready print files Ability to work through multiple iterations and to work quickly and consistently deliver accurate work on time and within budget with little to no guidance Ability to accept and receive constructive design feedback from seniors members of the creative team.
A self-starter who can work independently and Is an excellent collaborator with the team Ability to work within brand style guides to produce work that is both original and on-brand Demonstrating good communication skills, both verbal and listening abilities   Humble attitude – No egos here! A reliable team player who regularly demonstrates a positive and supportive attitude.
