The Procurement Program & Process Improvement Manager for the Global Services Center of Excellence (CoE) is responsible for leading and managing projects that support the strategic objectives and priorities of the CoE.

ead the project planning activities, such as creating the project charter, defining the project objectives, scope, deliverables, stakeholders, resources, budget, timeline, team, roles, responsibilities, and other subsidiary plans.
ead design thinking activities to facilitate problem-solving and strategy building for process improvement and solutions development.
roduce the project deliverables, such as reports, documents, software, hardware, training, etc., by completing the project activities and tasks, as well as by meeting the project requirements and specifications.
onitor and control the project performance and progress, such as tracking and reporting the project status, managing and documenting the project changes and deviations, and resolving the project risks and issues.
ble to analyze and synthesize data to provide recommendations stakeholders and business partners when necessary.
nsure the project quality and customer satisfaction, such as verifying and validating the project deliverables, measuring and evaluating the project results and impacts, and collecting and analyzing the stakeholder feedback and input.
eliver and hand over the project outputs and outcomes, such as transferring the ownership and responsibility of the project deliverables to the project customers and beneficiaries, as well as ensuring the sustainability and usability of the project outcomes.
valuate and report the project results and impacts, such as summarizing and analyzing the project performance and progress, the project quality and customer satisfaction, the project changes and deviations, the project risks and issues, the project outputs and outcomes, and the project lessons learned.

efine and enforce the project governance, such as identifying the project sponsors, stakeholders, and decision-makers, as well as their roles, responsibilities, expectations, and communication channels, to ensure that the project decisions are made and approved by the appropriate authorities.
stablish and maintain the project routine and meeting cadence, such as determining the types, purposes, agendas, attendees, durations, and outputs of the project meetings, as well as the frequency, format, content, and distribution of the project status reports, to keep the project team and other relevant parties informed, engaged, and aligned on the project progress, issues, risks, changes, and decisions.
efine and assign the project roles and responsibilities, as well as follow up on the project deliverables and action items, to ensure that the project team members understand what is expected of them and what they should expect from one another.

achelor's degree or equivalent in project management or related field.
t least 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in a global or regional context.
roject management certification, such as PMP and Agile, is preferred.
xcellent level of English (written, spoken and understanding) is a must.
dvanced user of Excel and Power BI is requiredStrong knowledge and skills in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques, such as project charter, work breakdown structure, Gantt chart, risk register, change request, quality assurance, quality control, etc.
xcellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with different audiences and levels, as well as to influence and persuade others.
xperience in leading projects to develop low code\/no code technology solutions.
xperience leading design thinking workshops and creating playbooks from them.
xcellent skills to create materials (presentations, one pagers, trainings, etc.) directed to different audiences.
