PLANT STRATEGY ASSISTANT/STRATEGY ANALYST
Descripción de la oferta de empleo
Assisting with the development/monitoring of the plant projects a, as well as ad hoc analytic projects.
Interfacing with various business teams to achieve goals and desired outcomes, developing thorough understanding of business needs and coordinating them with strategy.
Required Job Qualifications.
Bachelor’s degree or with significant study in, or pertinent to, the specialized field including, but not limited to, management, business, administration, industrial engineering.
Organization and prioritization of multiple projects Creative problem-solving skills and developing frameworks for ambiguous problems.
Ability to drive consensus and influence at various levels of the organization.
Experience managing projects that require problem solving, prioritization and organizational skills.
Verbal and written communications skills including interpersonal communication skills, ability to work across departments, share information at the Executive level, present findings, and status of projects, build relationships and garner information from various sources.
Experiencing managing multiple stakeholders Experience interacting with staff/management across multiple departments and levels.
Experience conducting business analysis and/or wide-ranging research initiatives.

Experience with analytics, model development, and information synthesis, particularly financial and/or clinical information.
11.
Experience developing and delivering presentations.
12.
Knowledge of strategic planning techniques and industry trends 13.
Presentation and group facilitation experience.
14.
PC profound experience to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint/office and others related to the position.
Other requirements.
Lean manufacturing knowledge (Hoshing Kanri matrix) Bilingual English-Spanish.
Project Management knowledge – is a plus- Puesto.
