PLANT CONTROLLER

A global manufacturing company is in search of its Plant Controller in Silao, Guanajuato.

Key activities
Oversee financial reporting for the manufacturing plant.
Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
Develop and manage budgets in collaboration with plant management.
Provide accurate financial forecasts to support decisionmaking.
Conduct indepth cost analysis to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with operational teams to optimize cost efficiency.
Establish and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets.
Ensure compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements.
Analyze variances between actual and budgeted financial results.
Provide insights into key drivers of financial performance.
Contribute to the development of longterm financial plans for the plant.
Align financial strategies with overall business objectives.

Requirements
Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Master degree is preferred
Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar role. Preferably in automotive manufacturing
10 years of experience in financial analysis
Internal control
Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and cost structures.
Project Management
Accounting skills
