OTR TRUCK DRIVER & HDE OPERATOR

Por qué te necesitamos? In complete alignment with the Company's Vision, Mission Statement and Values and under the direction of the Production Supervisor, this position supports the local mineral business.
This individual will be responsible for operating 80K dump trucks to haul gypsum rock from the mine to RHP.
He/she will also be a backup for customer service, shipment, loading, truck/rail shipping activity and process.
Also, this position will support quality control and equipment maintenance duties.
The Dump Truck Driver & HDE Operator will possess the following.
Follows all company and OSHA/MSHA safety policies, procedures, programs, as well as all local and Federal DOT regulations.
Is responsible for individual safety and the safety of others.
Responsible to operate dump truck and provide "on time" rock deliveries to the RHP (Rock Handling Plant).
Support all new commercial truck drivers by providing site specific training.
Also insure commercial drivers understand all CTG Policies and procedures related to CTG shipping operations.
Ensures clear radio communication with customers, other commercial drivers and mine trucks entering the property.
Assist with timely and safe load out service to all BNSF and other commercial shipments departing the plant.
Assist with Coordinating incoming / outgoing shipping activities to ensure accuracy, completeness, and conditions of shipments.
Assist with tracking loading and unloading activities.
Feeds the information to the Site Manager and Production Supervisor to drive consistency and continuous improvement.
Maintains proactive relationships with BNSF, truck drivers and customers.
Supports management maintaining strategic rock stock levels at budgeted targets.
Rock inventory - Cycle counts Supports management identifying continuous improvement opportunities - with focus on EHS, CS, Quality and Cost Reduction Optimize the loading and logistic efficiency to improve the product competitiveness.
¿Es este trabajo para ti? High School Diploma Preferred Must have 1-3 years' experience with emphasis operating a mill and heavy equipment.
Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to complete proper AM & AM tasks on equipment.

Must have current medical examiner's certificate.
Must be able to pass random DOT drug testing.

Ability to multitask in a high paced environment.
Able to fill in for other positions at the site during periods of vacation or other needs.
Other duties and projects - as directed by the Site Manager or production supervisor.
