Position Summary.
Service provider for implementation, integration and troubleshooting of SAP application.
Responsibility for gap analysis, testing, end user training, documentation and interface to end users.
SAP Key User SD will perform end user training during the project and after going live.
In addition, SAP Key User SD is responsible to design training and certification material for end user the SD module.
Supervisory Responsibilities.
As a part of the supervisory responsibilities, if there is not an employee to attend the process, the direct boss will have to attend the process or assign the activities to another employee (with equal qualifications).
Job Responsibilities.
Project management.
Planning for end user acceptance and system integration test.
Vendor management when necessary.
Create test data and documentation.
Perform test execution with end users.
Support end users for production issues.
Support business users during user acceptance testing.
Consistently provide high quality analysis of assigned work items.
Ensure deliverables are of the highest quality and completed on time.
Perform peer reviews on other team member’s deliverables.
Analysis on demand integration.
Trouble shooting for system failures.
System customer structure analysis.
Customer EDI configuration.
Expand functional/data model knowledge.
Share knowledge with other testers.
Label support development.
Analyze customer requirements and specifics until approved.
Other activities assigned by Sr.
Material Business Analyst.

Communication Skills (Oral and Written).
Systems engineering, International Business or Administration Degree.
5 years of related experience as an Analyst, 5 years of related experience in SAP system SD module.
Experience in the automotive industry preferably.
Ability to work under stressful conditions.
English B2B, business level English (reading and writing that allow fluid presentations).
