Your key responsibilities.
Lead and execute client's support regarding their product developments by providing marketing intelligence to select the most relevant solutions.
Ensure the right support to maximize Firmenich’s chances to win/defend business.
Manage proactive and reactive projects with excellence, working closely with technical and commercial teams to ensure relevant, business-oriented product/solutions developments.
Position Firmenich Brazil as the GO-TO supplier for competitive added value market knowledge, brand understanding, inspiration, and winning solutions.
Create and implement the portfolio strategy.
Ensure the right portfolio of solutions for the category/market and promote it accordingly.
Fill the gaps when needed with technical and commercial teams.
Continuously develop and maintain category/market expertise (macro trends, consumer drivers, category & market dynamics, flavors, technologies, etc.).
Consolidate this knowledge into relevant tools that can be shared internally and with clients reverting in new business opportunities.
Deploy global & regional strategies at category/market level; identify with commercial teams future opportunities to develop the business and action plans to go after them.
Proactively develop the right promotion tools with the proper push to sales.
Monitor the promotions and share feedbacks for future improvements.

You bring Proficiency & solid experience in Business Insights & Analytics.
analysing, interpreting, and reporting data from Euromonitor, Mintel, Global Data, Nielsen, Kantar, etc.
Advanced/Proficiency in English is necessary.
Solid professional experience in creating and executing marketing & business plan.
Good level of technical understanding of Food & Bev, Flavors & Technologies.
