Creating the strategy for email communication with a focus on cross-sell and engagement of users from within our existing customer base.
Leading the execution of building high-performing emails and prompts by using internal marketing automation systems.
Monitoring, tracking, and analysing the performance and effectiveness of marketing automation campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvements.
Utilising deep customer insights based on audience behaviour, demographics and firmographics to segment the audience effectively and tailor marketing campaigns that resonate with each segment.
Utilising data insights to inform campaign strategies and optimise customer journeys.
Automating Landing Pages Cross-department collaboration with sales and marketing teams Requirements.
Experience in marketing automation with a proven track record of successfully implementing email programs that drive growth.
Experience in conducting A/B testing and multivariate testing to optimise email subject lines, content, and designs.
Knowledge of marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot or similar.
Knowledge of CRM systems (e.
., Salesforce) and integration of marketing automation tools with CRM for seamless data flow Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for customising email templates and landing pages would be an additional advantage Proven experience in B2B marketing Fluency in English (C1+) Excellent analytical skills Availability in CET time zone We offer.
