Job Description Lead and develop analytical solutions to establish the next level of analytics through building data models utilizing visualization tools.
Key purpose is to ensure acceleration of the use and conversion of data into various insights for decision-making.
Use advanced statistical methods and software to identify trends, patterns, or fluctuations in processes, and to develop predictive models.
This role will also work on regulatory responses from regulatory authorities.
Job Duties Leads and supports data analysis to develop data visualization solutions through data acquisition and transformation load/information delivery solutions catering to various data needs of Olympus.
Improve site capability by providing data analysis to all business processes by analyzing and improving the flow of information (into, out of, and through).
Provide user training and technical support to the site for analytic options to include extracting data from systems.
Work cross functionally to document, design and develop, and test reporting and analytics solutions using business solution tools and best practices.
This includes interfacing with IT and management to develop data standard requirements.
Develop a detailed understanding of data structures and master data concepts to better support the business.
Setting parameters to disqualify non-usable data.
Analyzing and interpreting data using statistical modeling software.
Gather data from primary and secondary sources, ensuring the upkeep of databases and data systems.
Develop data dashboards, charts, and visual aids to support decision-making across departments.
Engage with local users from various departments to specify data requirements for analysis projects tailored to their unique business processes.

Delegating tasks and setting deadlines for the team Job Qualifications Required.
A 4-year bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Management, Statistics, or a comparable discipline is required, with prior experience in data analysis or a related field being advantageous.
Minimum of five (5) years’ business intelligence experience required, to include analyzing user requirements, building data models, recommending systems, and implementing evolving technology.
Minimum of 7 years of related experience in a medical device, pharma, or other regulated industry.
Experience with data analytic solutions including, but not limited to.
MiniTab and Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, etc.).
Knowledge of FDA regulations and guidelines as related to computer-based information systems required.
Proven track record of working effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
In this role, up to 20% travel should be expected, sometimes in short notice.
Preferred.
Exhibit exceptional analytical abilities to compile, structure, examine, and present substantial data sets with precision and thoroughness.
Capable of critically evaluating data to derive meaningful, actionable insights.
Demonstrate superior communication and presentation capabilities, adept at simplifying complex data insights for audiences without a technical background.
Ability and desire to work in a remote, team-oriented environment.
Ability to effectively engage people at all levels of the business, strong coaching, and mentoring skills.
Attention to detail is critical as accuracy is key to this role, to ensure that the analysis and models are thorough and correct.
Strong relationship skills with the ability to foster a sense of community with cross-functional stakeholders.

The anticipated base pay range for this full-time position working at this location is $ / year, plus potential for annual bonus (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
