募集部門の紹介 大阪工場 製剤技術室は、リュープロレリン製剤及びアロフィセル製剤の製剤、充填、包装工程を対象とし、製造工程の安定化や製品品質の向上に貢献する技術的業務を担当しています。具体的には、原材料の変更に伴う製品品質への影響評価、製造設備の刷新や更新に際してのプロセス設計からバリデーション、工程や品質に関する問題発生時の原因調査や改善、薬事申請文書の作成や更新等の業務を担当しています。新製品の導入に際しては、技術移管プロジェクトをリードし、商用生産設備の設計からバリデーションを行い、CMC部門から製造部門への橋渡しを行います。また、クラウド上のデータを活用し、製造や品質のトレンドモニタリング、傾向分析、予兆分析等のデータサイエンス業務も担当しています。武田薬品内の海外サイトやグローバルファンクションとの関りも多い職場です。 職務内容 注射剤であるリュープロレリン製剤のプロセス（マイクロカプセル製造、充填）におけるプロセス技術者として、以下の業務を担当していただきます。 注射剤の原材料や工程資材（無菌ろ過フィルターやシングルユース品等）に関するGMP変更管理プロジェクトの管理、推進 上記変更管理に伴う下記の業務 既存の製造工程や製品品質への影響評価 原材料適格性評価（Material qualification）の実施 変更の正当性を評価するためのラボ設備を用いた事前検討 バリデーション戦略の立案 製造設備や製造工程、製造品目追加等の変更に関するGMP変更管理プロジェクトの管理、推進 上記変更管理に伴う下記の業務 工程設計、設備設計、プロセスユーザー要求の作成 バリデーション戦略の立案 運用設計、標準化 製造、試験、バリデーションに関連するトラブルの原因調査や再発防止策の立案と実行 革新的な技術（無菌保証技術、PAT技術、デジタル技術、オートメーション技術、分析技術等）を探索、体得し、製造工程への適用を前提としたPoCの計画、実行 製造データや品質データ、生産設備のプロセスデータ等を対象としたデータ解析により、トレンドモニタリングやトラブル時の原因調査 （使用ツール例：SQL、Python、SIMCA online、Discoverant、MES、SAP等） 国内外の当局査察対応 当局への承認申請書作成（処方や製造法、バリデーション等のパート） 新工場立ち上げ、新製品導入に伴う工業化検討、技術移管業務 ※上記のうち、応募者の希望や経験、適性に応じて、柔軟に役割を決定させていただきます。 応募要件 ＜学歴＞ 薬学、化学、生物学、工学等の分野における学士号または修士号。 ＜実務経験＞ 【必須】製薬会社の製造部門、製造技術部門、試験技術部門、CMC部門等での3年程度の経験 【希望】GMP変更管理の一般的な業務プロセスの知識やプロジェク管理の経験 【希望】製造技術部門における実験検討業務、製造設備に関する知識や設計業務の経験 【希望】データ解析や統計に関する知識、経験 ＜語学＞ TOEIC730点程度、日本語N日程度） 働き方関連制度：フレックスタイム制、テレワーク勤務制導入（対象社員） 休暇：年次有給休暇、特別有給休暇、傷病休暇、ファミリーサポート休暇、産前産後休暇、育児休暇、子の看護休暇、介護休暇 タケダの DE＆I Better Health, Brighter Future
