orporate Programは組織・Role横断で行うEnablement Programを推進していく役割を担っています。より早い立ち上がりや生産性の向上に向けたOnboarding/Reboardingプログラムを提供し、「わかる」を「できる」に変えていくことを主軸に活動しています。また、Teamとして兼務でチーム協業を前提とした働き方をしているため、主担当業務（Manager Enablement)に加え、Onboardingなども含めた別業務にメンバーとしての関わりも期待されます。その中でManager Enablement Labポジションは、会社の戦略をふまえて”High Performance Culture”をドライブし、営業マネージャーを中心としたマネージャーKPI達成に向けた活動を促進・支援するためのEnablementのプログラムを提供します。このポジションでは本社のGlobal Enablementチームが提供するExcellence Profileを軸に、行動変革を促すためのプログラムの全体設計を行います。対象層に応じて実践と理論の両軸のバランスをとった施策を企画・立案・開発・実行することで、適切な対象に適切なプログラムの提供を行います。戦略と現状の課題を踏まえてプログラムの全体設計を行い、自らコンテンツを開発し、必要に応じてプロジェクトマネジメントを行い、プログラムのデリバリー（トレーニング講師等）やワークショップのファシリテーションなども行います。なお、他のEnablementチームとの連携はもちろんのこと、営業のExecutiveやリーダーと密に連携をとり、戦略や現場の課題を特定することが求められます。また、定期的にグローバルのコンテンツを日本向けにローカライズすることもあるため、英語でのコミュニケーションを負担なくできることが求められます。主な責任.
プランニング：Executiveやビジネスリーダー、EmployeeSuccessやSalesStrategyチームと連携し、ManagerのPerformance向上のためのEnablement戦略と計画を作成する情報収集と分析.
エグゼクティブや現場リーダーへのヒアリング、アンケート、営業活動データ結果の分析から示唆を抽出し、優先度の高い課題を特定するアセスメント.
Excellence Modelに基づいたアセスメントを設計・実行する。必要に応じて、ワークショップでの観察アセスメント等やアウトプットのアセスメントも行うコンテンツ開発.
優先度の高い課題領域におけるトレーニングやワークショップのコンテンツを作成するプロジェクトマネジメント.
多様な関係者を巻き込んで、全体スケジュールを踏まえたプロジェクトの設計、実行支援、リスクマネジメント、クオリティコントロールを行うコンサルテーション.
対象マネージャーやチームに対して、課題解決に向けたアドバイス・コンサルテーション・コーチングを行うトレーニングデリバリー.
トレーニングプログラムの講師、ファシリテーターとしてデリバリーを行い、全体のデリバリー品質も担保するグローバル連携.
グローバルチームと定期的に連携し、グローバルの最新動向をキャッチアップし、グローバルのアセットやコンテンツをもとに日本向けにローカライズするKPIは対象となるマネージャーのKPIの達成度に準拠（Quota Attainment, Participation, Check-in completion, 5+ weekly customer conversation) 必要な経験・スキル：マネジメント経験3年以上、もしくはPeople Managementに関する専門的な知識人事コンサルティングもしくはSales Enablement・人材開発領域での経験3年以上顧客対応ポジション(営業等)経験3年以上営業マネージャー経験あればなおよしエグゼクティブを含む多様な関係者と円滑にコミュニケーションを行い、コラボレーションするスキルデータに基づいて示唆を抽出し、ロジカルに課題を特定するスキル自分の経験のない領域においても情報を収集しコンテンツとしてまとめる資料作成スキル対面・バーチャル双方におけるトレーニングデリバリー力相手の立場、知識に合わせたプレゼンテーションスキルManagerEnablementProgram実行に関するプロジェクト管理とPDCAサイクル実行スキルビジネス英語力AccommodationsIf you require assistance due to a disability applying for open positions please submit a request via this Accommodations Request Form.
