HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
Assisting in the installation, repair, and maintenance of equipment.
Contributing to the cleanliness and organization of work areas and tools.
Adhering to workplace safety and health regulations.
YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS Completed high school diploma; technical training in electricity, HVAC, or general maintenance is valued.
No previous experience required, but professional internships or voluntary experience related to maintenance or manual labor will be positively considered.
Basic knowledge of manual and electrical tools.
Elementary understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing, including reports in SAP and daily emails.
Ability to identify and resolve basic maintenance issues.
Ability to effectively use computers and mobile devices for communication and documentation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for reports and presentations.
